These Terms govern your use of the website and services of DJH & Co ("we," "us," or "our"). By using our website, submitting a form, opting in to messages, or signing up for our services, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
You must be at least 18 years old to use our services, submit a form, or consent to receive messages from us. By using our site or opting in, you confirm that you are 18 or older.
We build websites and provide marketing systems for contractors and home-service businesses, including website hosting, missed-call text-back, Google review requests, online booking, quotes and invoicing, and follow-up campaigns. We build your website at no upfront cost; you pay only once it is live and you approve it. Ongoing service is $297 per month, with no long-term contract, and you may cancel at any time.
DJH & Co operates an SMS program for customers and prospects who opt in. Program description & message types: after you provide your phone number and consent, we send text messages such as a greeting and reply to your inquiry, appointment scheduling and reminders, account and service notifications, and marketing or promotional offers about your free website and our services.
Message frequency & rates: message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
Opt-out: you can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting STOP to the number that messaged you. After you send STOP, we will send a confirmation and then stop sending messages. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at 813-444-3512 or dennis@djhandco.com.
The monthly fee is billed in advance and is non-refundable for the current billing period. There is no contract or cancellation fee; cancel any time and service continues through the end of the paid period.
You agree to provide accurate information and to use our services lawfully. You are responsible for the content and claims of your own business that you ask us to publish.
Our services are provided "as is." We do not guarantee specific results, lead volume, rankings, or revenue. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior three months.
