About Keystone

One inspector, start to finish

Keystone is owner-operated. The person you book is the person who climbs into your attic, takes the photos and signs your report, so nothing gets lost between an office and a field tech. (Owner bio goes here on a live site: years inspecting, background in construction, family, community.)

FAQ

Questions homeowners ask

How long is a wind mitigation report good for?

Up to five years, as long as nothing material changes on the house.

Will my house pass?

There is no pass or fail. The report records what is there, and your insurer applies the credits that match.

Do I need to be home?

Someone needs to open the attic access, the electrical panel and the garage. Most visits take under an hour.

Can you send the report to my agent?

Yes. Add their email when you book and they get it the same time you do.
